Warm Milk

Bananas

Eat 1-2 bananas throughout the day to help with insomnia.  Potassium is a mineral found in bananas that can help you get some sleep.  Try eating bananas a couple of days in a row and see if they start to help you fall asleep at night.  This is a simple and inexpensive home remedy to control insomnia.

Toast
