Backache



Garlic & Coconut Oil

Cook 10 gloves of garlic in 1/4 cup coconut oil.  Let mixture cool down and massage into backache pain area.  This is a soothing backache home remedy. 

Water & Wash Cloth

Soak wash cloth in water.  Place in microwave to warm up.  Place warm wash cloth onto back pain.  Re-heat and apply as needed.  This is a good way to relieve back pain at home.  

Potatoes

Peel raw potatoes.  Cut raw potatoes into cubes.  Boil in water until soft. Drain water. Let them set until cooled off.  Mash potatoes.  Apply paste to the sore back.  Leave on for 1 hour.  This should help relieve backaches and pain and is a good home remedy. 

 

Stretching in Bed

Stretching a sore back can feel good and help with healing. While in bed, gently bend your knees up to your chest. Wrap arms around knees and press down to put a little pressure them. Feel the stretch. Relax and repeat as needed to help with backache pain.
