Bad Breath



 

Parsley, Cloves, Cinnamon, Water 

Boil 2 cups of water.  Add 3 springs fresh parsley, 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves, a pinch of cinnamon.  Strain mixture and let cool before using as a mouthwash to help control bad breath.

Lime Juice, Salt 

Make a paste with lime juice and salt.  Rub this paste on your teeth, gums, and tongue to help rub away food particles and bacteria that cause bad breath.  Rinse mouth with water.  Repeat when needed throughout the day.  This a simple and inexpensive home remedy to control bad breath.

Water, Vinegar
